- 背景
- Neuroblastoma RAS viral (v-ras) oncogene homolog, also known as NRAS, is a member of the RAS gene family. NRAS is an oncogene encoding a membrane protein that shuttles between the Golgi apparatus and the plasma membrane. The encoded protein, which has intrinsic GTPase activity, is activated to a GTP-bound form by a GTPase activating protein and inactivated to a GDP-bound form by a guanine nucleotide-exchange factor. Recombinant human NRAS was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Synonyms: GTPase NRas, HRAS1, ALPS4, N-ras, NRAS1, NS6, Neuroblastoma RAS viral (v-ras) oncogene homolog OTTMUSP00000023521, AV095280, N ras, N ras protein part 4, Neuroblastoma RAS viral (v ras) oncogene homolog, OTTHUMP00000013879, Transforming protein N Ras, v ras neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog.
