Human PLAU, His Tag is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 45 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Ser21, Ile179 & Lys156. The reducing (R) protein migrates as four bands corresponding to the short α chain, long α chain, β chain and unprocessed full-length chain with the molecular mass of 20 kDa, 23 kDa, 32 kDa and 50 kDa respectively in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation and cleavage.
