- 特异性
- Detects an ~80kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of PKC alpha on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human, mouse, rat, bovine, canine, fish (rainbow trout), guinea pig, monkey, pig, rabbit and sheep origins. The epitope of this antibody is within the variable region V3 of PKC alpha (the site of limited proteolysis on the native enzyme). This antibody is specific for PKC alpha and does not detect the other PKC isoforms.
