Approved: Flo, WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit for recombinant canine IL-1beta is ~0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Shows ~40 % cross-reactivity with recombinant feline IL-1beta, 10 % cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-beta, rrmIL-1beta, recombinant equine IL-1 beta, recombinant porcine IL-1beta, and 5 % cross-reactivity with rmIL-1beta, recombinant rat IL-1beta, and rcrIL-1beta. Flow Cytometry: Dilute to 50 μg/mL. Use 10 μL of dilution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
