Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. - The antibody is stable in lyophilized form if stored at -20°C or below. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8°C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

- Calnexin is calcium-binding protein that interacts with newly synthesized glycoproteins in the endoplasmic reticulum. It may be involved in assisting protein assembly or in the retention within the ER of unassembled protein subunits. It seems to play a major role in the ER quality control apparatus via the retention of incorrectly folded proteins.Calnexin Antibody, pAb, Rabbit is developed in rabbit hosts using a KLH-coupled synthetic peptide from carboxyl terminal of human calnexin protein (Swiss Prot: P27824).
