- Human IL-6 R alpha, His Tag captured on CM5 Chip via anti-his antibody can bind Human IL-6, No Tag with an affinity constant of 0.22 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).,Immobilized Human IL-6 at 2ug/ml (100ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human IL-6 R alpha, hFc Tag with the EC50 6.0ng/ml determined by ELISA.,Human IL-6 on Bis-Tris PAGE under reduced condition. The purity is greater than 95%.,Measured in a cell proliferation assay using TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells.
