Usage: Immunohistochemistry: This antibody was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working dilution for LS-B3654 was determined to be 1:100. Suitable for use in ELISA, Indirect immunofluorescence, indirect immunohistochemistry and Dot Blotting (not suitable for Western Blot). ELISA: 1:3000. Indirect immunofluorescent visualization of collagen type IV on cryostat sections of human tissue: 1:20-1:40. Indirect Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:40. fresh frozen or acetone fixed specimens. Dot Blotting: 1:300. not recommended for Western Blots.
