- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 110 kDa band observed in human liver lysates (calculated MW of 105 kDa according to NP_004127.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 60 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
