特异性

Detects Met only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1234/1235 (Mr 145kD). This antibody cross-reacts slightly with activated PDGF, insulin and FGF receptors, but it does not cross-react with other tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins. Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse and monkey. Species sequence homology: rat 100 % .
