Goat anti-mouse IgG recognizes mouse IgG whole molecule. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography.

特异性

No reaction was observed against human serum proteins. Specificity was confirmed using ELISA at less than 0.3 % cross reactivity against human IgG.
