特异性

Recognizes mouse IgM mu heavy chain. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-goat serum, mouse IgM and mouse serum. Does not cross-react with mouse IgG or mouse IgA. Exhibits less than 1 % cross-reactivity with other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
