Suitable for Immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 g of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. - 限制

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.

- Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
