Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG in a standard captureELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested forthis product. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/300,000
Western blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/500-1/2,500.
Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. - 限制

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase. - 储存条件

- Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-4 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50 % glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below.
