Ready-to-use AvitagTM biotinylated protein:
The product is exclusively produced using the AvitagTM technology. Briefly, a unique 15 amino acid peptide, the Avi tag, is introduced into the recombinant protein during expression vector construction. The single lysine residue in the Avi tag is enzymatically biotinylated by the E. Coli biotin ligase BirA.
This single-point enzymatic labeling technique brings many advantages for commonly used binding assays. The biotinylation happens on the lysine residue of Avi tag, and therefore does NOT interfere with the target protein's natural binding activities. In addition, when immobilized on an avidin-coated surface, the protein orientation is uniform because the position of the Avi tag in the protein is precisely controlled. - 限制

- SLAM family member 7 (SLAMF7) is also known as CD2-like receptor-activating cytotoxic cells (CRACC), Membrane protein FOAP-12, CD antigen CD319, Novel Ly9, Protein 19A, which is a single-pass type I membrane protein and a member of the CD2 family of cell surface receptors. SLAMF7 is expressed in spleen, lymph node, peripheral blood leukocytes, bone marrow, small intestine, stomach, appendix, lung and trachea. Isoform 1 of SLAMF7 mediates NK cell activation through a SH2D1A-independent extracellular signal-regulated ERK-mediated pathway. May play a role in lymphocyte adhesion. Isoform 3 of SLAMF7 does not mediate any NK cell activation.
