- Chromatin complexes subunit BAP18 is component of chromatin complexes such as the MLL1/MLL and NURF complexes. Recombinant human BAP18 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
