Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
产品特性
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CSTF2 antibody (Catalog #: ARP40351_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
CSTF2 is a nuclear protein with an RRM (RNA recognition motif) domain. The protein is a member of the cleavage stimulation factor (CSTF) complex that is involved in the 3' end cleavage and polyadenylation of pre-mRNAs. Specifically, this protein binds GU-rich elements within the 3'-untranslated region of mRNAs.This gene encodes a nuclear protein with an RRM (RNA recognition motif) domain.
