- This antibody reacts with human prolactin. It has no detectable cross-reactivity towards hCG, hFSH, and hLH. The cross-reactivities towards hTSH and hGH are approximately at the level of 0.1%.

IHC formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue: 1:50-1:100.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. These tissues require antigen demasking, boiling tissue for 10 mins. in 10 mM citrate, pH 6.0, followed by cooling the tissue for 10-20 mins at RT. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50 to 1:100 in IHC. This product can be also used on frozen tissue sections. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. - 说明
