NES (Nestin) is an intermediate filament protein expressed in neural stem cells and progenitor cells during development. It provides structural support and contributes to cytoskeletal organization, making it a widely used marker for identifying stem and progenitor cell populations. Researchers often rely on a NES antibody for studies in developmental biology and regenerative medicine.
