Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cortex). Recommended concentration: 7 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 45 kDa band observed in Mouse fetal Brain lysates (calculated MW of 40.6 kDa according to Mouse NP_001103692.1). Recommended concentration: 0.003-0.01 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
