- FHL3 interacts with human phosphatase CDC25B in the cell nucleus. LIM domain proteins such as FHL3 are found to be important regulators in cell growth, cell fate determination, cell differentiation and remodeling of the cell cytoskeleton. Human FHL3 is a type of LIM only protein that contains four tandemly repeated LIM motifs with an N terminal single zinc finger (half LIM motif).Synonyms: FHL-3, Four and a half LIM domains protein 3, SLIM2, Skeletal muscle LIM-protein 2
