Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 0.25-1 μg/mL. Approx 60 kDa band observed in Molt-4 and Jurkat lysates(predicted MW of 50 kDa according to NP_009005.1).

- 背景
- Coronin 1a belongs to the WD repeat coronin family and contains 5 WD repeats. It may be an essential component of the cytoskeleton of highly motile cells, with roles both in the invagination of large pieces of plasma membrane, as well as in forming protrusions of the plasma membrane involved in cell locomotion. In cell infected by mycobacteria, its retention on the phagosomal membrane prevents fusion between phagosomes and lysosomes. In the CNS, coronin 1A is expressed exclusively by microglial cells. Although its function is not entirely clear, it may act as a linkage protein between the actin cytoskeleton and the plasma membrane, and perhaps the extracellular matrix.Synonyms: CORO1, CORO1A, Clipin-A, Coronin-like protein, Coronin-like protein p57, TACO, Tryptophan aspartate-containing coat protein
