Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 24 kDa band observed in Human Heart lysates(calculated MW of 25.4 kDa according to NP_114124.1).

- KLF16 is a nuclear zinc finger transcription factor highly expressed in brain regions with abundant dopaminergic terminals, that binds GC and GT boxes and displaces Sp1 and Sp3 from these sequences.
