Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 48 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum),Lung and Testis lysates (calculated MW of 47.8 kDa according to NP_004466.2).

- Caveolae are small domains on the inner cell membrane involved in vesicular trafficking and signal transduction. Flotillin 2 may act as a scaffolding protein within caveolar membranes, functionally participating in formation of caveolae or caveolae-like vesicles.
