- Detects endogenous levels of human p42 and p44 MAP kinase (Erk1 and Erk2) only when phosphorylated either individually or dually at Thr202 and Thr204 of Erk1 (Thr185 an Tyr187 of Erk2). Does not cross-react with the corresponding phosphorylated residues of either JNK/SAPK or p38 MAP kinase, or non-phosphorylated Erk1/2. Species cross-reactivity: chicken, hamster, mouse, rat, zebrafish. bovine and monkey.
