Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunocytochemistry. Apoptosis: >15 ng/mL maximally induced apoptosis of human Jurkat cells with 80-90 % mortality after 24 hours of treatment. This lot has an ID50 of 1.0 ng/mL in apoptosis assays.
