- On Western Blot analysis, this antibody reacts specifically with recombinant human EphA3 receptor without cross-reaction with EphA4 receptor expressed in transfected HEK-293 cells. The antibody reactivity was confirmed by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation analyses. Reactivity has been confirmed with human EphA3 receptor transfected HEK-293 cell lysate. The molecular weight for human EphA3 receptor is ~110kD on Western blots. Based on sequence homology, the antibody should also recognize the rat or mouse EphA3 receptor.
