Approved: IHC, IHC-P (5 μg/mL), Peptide-ELISA (1:128000), WB (1 - 3 μg/mL)
Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 50kD band observed in Human Brain (Amygdala and Frontal Cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 47.1kD according to NP_002513.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Additional bands of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 38 and 14kD. These bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. - 说明
