DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave approx 60 kDa and 45 kDa bands in H460 lysates at 0.5 μg/mL. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the predicted size of approx. 38kDda according to NP_006559. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
