Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. The appropriate concentrations may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.

- 背景
- Cofilin belongs to the actin-binding ADF protein family. It contains one ADF-H domain. Cofilin controls reversible actin polymerization and depolymerization in a pH-sensitive manner. It has the ability to bind G- and F-actin at a 1:1 ratio. It is the major component of both intranuclear and cytoplasmic actin rods. It is involved in the translocation of the actin-cofilin complex from the cytoplasm to the nucleus. This protein is widely distributed in various tissues.Rabbit Anti-Cofilin Polyclonal Antibody is developed in rabbit using a KLH-coupled synthetic peptide within residues 100-150 of human cofilin protein (Swiss Prot: P23528).
