Immunocytochemistry. Immunohistochemistry with formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues: 9-17 μg/mL Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100 °C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1x TBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature.
Other applications not tested.

- GPR85, a member of the SREB (Super-Conserved Receptor Expressed in Brain) family of GPCRs, is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. The rat counterpart of SREB2 is involved in the development of the cerebral cortex. GPR85 has been reported to be expressed in several areas of human and rat CNS Matsumoto et al., 2000), as well as in genital organs.
