特异性

Detects an ~22kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Bax on SDS-PAGE immunoblots. Additional bands of 40 and 42kD are present in all of these cell lysates and these bands are not inhibited by the relevant peptide. Species cross-reactivity: Human, rat, mouse, bovine, porcine, rabbit and monkey.
