- Immobilized Mouse APRIL, hFc Tag at 2μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Mouse BCMA, His Tag with the EC50 of 2.6ng/ml determined by ELISA. The affinity constant of 5.64 μM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200). See testing image for detail.
