背景
- Chickens were immunized with HHHHHH peptide conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity- purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support and the antibodies were conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Specification: ELISA: HRP-conjugated chicken anti- hexahistidine diluted 1:10,000 gave an OD = 1.0 in a 15 minute reaction against peptide conjugated to a different carrier than used for anti-peptide purification.
