储存方法
- Store vial at -20° C or below prior to opening. This vial contains a relatively low volume of reagent (25 μL). To minimize loss of volume dilute 1:10 by adding 225 μL of the buffer stated above directly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge to collect the volume at the bottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution when calculating final dilutions as recommended below. Store the vial at -20°C or below after dilution. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.

- Background: Anti-Nrf-2 antibody was designed, produced, and validated as part of the Joy Cappel Young Investigator Award (JCYIA). Nrf2 links the transcriptional modulation of key metabolic genes to cellular growth and development and has been implicated in the control of nuclear genes required for respiration, heme biosynthesis, and mitochondrial DNA transcription and replication. Nrf2 is localized in the cytoplasm and nucleus and ubiquitously expressed with the highest concentrations in the kidney, muscle, lung, heart, liver, and brain. Anti-Nrf2 antibody is useful for researchers interested in cellular growth, transcription factor, and cancer research.
