- DS-MB-03494 recognizes porcine CD31, a 140kD cell surface protein also called PECAM-1, expressed by various cell types, but particularly by endothelial cells. This antibody has been shown to stimulate tyrosine phosphorylation of CD31 on endothelial cells.
