特异性

The antibody is able to bind to phosphorylated peptide, but not regular peptide in ELISA. It also specifically detects phosphorylated cellular protein derived from stimulated cells. It recognizes Stat5 phosphorylated at Tyr694 i n both ELISA and WB. This antibody shows no cross-reactivity with other unrelated protein.
