Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Pancreas. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 55 kDa band observed in Mouse Heart lysates (calculated MW of 53.0 kDa according to NP_067307.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
