Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL Detects ~1 ng/well of rhOSF-2. Cross-reactivity with rmOSF-2 ~45 % . Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL Detects ~25 ng/lane of rhOSF-2 under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
