Usage: Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 1-2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human KLK9. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhKLK9 is approximately 25 ng/lane and 10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Immunoprecipitation: This antibody was used at a concentration of 25 μg/mL to immunoprecipitate rhKLK9 from conditioned cell culture medium. The recovered rhKLK9 can be detected in Western blots using a polyclonal antibody. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human KLK9. The detection limit for rhKLK9 is approximately 10 ng/well. -
