    Detects bands of ~45 kDa (procaspase-1) and ~20 kDA (cleavage byproduct) by Western blot. Species Reactivity: Human, mouse and rat. Others not tested.

    Immunocytochemistry: Use at 10-20 µg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: Use at 4-8 µg/mL. Western blot: Use at 0.5-4 µg/mL. The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.
