Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Other applications not tested.

- CD44 is a 100kD glycoprotein widely expressed on human leucocytes, white matter of the brain and by some epithelial cells of the intestine and of the breast.
