- Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Adenosine Deaminase [Calf Spleen]. Cross reactivity against Adenosine Deaminase from other tissues and species are not specifically determined, but are very probable due to high sequence homologie (human >90 % , mouse/rat 85 %).

Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation,Conjugation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 0.3 μg of AdenosineDeaminase [Calf Spleen] by immunoblot using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purifiedanti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) (R1364HRP) and DAB as a substrate at room temperature. Aworking dilution of 1: 5,000 to 1: 10,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested forthis product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
