Competitive ELISA

洗涤后加入与一抗特异结合的酶标二抗，并加入底物显色或产生荧光信号。最终信号随抗原浓度增加而降低。
当无法获得合适的抗体配对，或目标分子过小无法同时结合捕获抗体和检测抗体时，竞争性ELISA是理想选择。 因此该方法常用于小分子、肽类以及部分激素的检测。
