(Endoplasmic Reticulum To Nucleus Signaling 2 (ERN2))
Induces translational repression through 28S ribosomal RNA cleavage in response to ER stress. Pro-apoptotic. Appears to play no role in the unfolded-protein response, unlike closely related proteins.
