Usage: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed by western blot and was found to be reactive against the intact enzyme and enzyme subunits (alpha at 100 kD and beta at 50 kD) as well as glycosylated and non-glycosylated enzyme forms. A dilution of 1:100 to 1:500 is suggested for immunoblotting followed by reaction with Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Chicken IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) catalog no. LS-C60281 and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of ATPase, Sodium, Potassium in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Chicken IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) catalog no. LS-C60281 and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. -
