背景
- Enables sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Involved in positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription. Acts upstream of or within limb morphogenesis and pronephric nephron tubule epithelial cell differentiation. Predicted to be active in nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including fin, head, mesoderm, nervous system, and neural keel. Orthologous to human ETV4 (ETS variant transcription factor 4).
