- ExoBrite™ CD63 Western Antibody is optimized for detection of the exosome marker CD63 in isolated EV extracts by near-IR (NIR) fluorescent WB. ExoBrite™ Western 770/800 conjugates have Ex/Em at 770/797 nm for detection in the 800 nm channel. Supplied as 1 mL of 100 μg/mL for 100 mini-blots.
