储存方法
- Store vial at -20° C or below prior to opening. This vial contains a relatively low volume of reagent (25 μL). To minimize loss of volume dilute 1:10 by adding 225 μL of the buffer stated above directly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge to collect the volume at the bottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution when calculating final dilutions as recommended below. Store the vial at -20°C or below after dilution. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.

This nuclear protein is induced by the Notch pathway and is mainly associated with cardiovascular development. This family is known to repress GATA4, GATA6, MASH1, and NEUROD4 downstream effects. It's role in liver cancer cell self-renewal is still being studied, as it's suspected role in neurogenesis in mice. Hey1 is associated with diseases such as mesenchymal and periosteal chondrosarcoma. Anti-HEY1 antibody is useful for researchers interested in cancer research, neuroscience research, and Notch signalling.
