Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL detected NR1 in 10 μg of rat brain microsomal tissue lysate. Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 detected NR1 in normal rat hippocampus. Immunoprecipitation: 10 μg from a previous lot precipitated NR1 from rat brain microsomal RIPA lysate.
