Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Spleen. Recommended concentration: 6-8 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 38 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 39.3 kDa according to NP_001727.1). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
